PURPOSE: This study aimed to analyze the acute effect of active tibial rotation exercise on torsion angle, ankle range motion, and neuromuscular control.METHODS: was based AB/BA Cross-over design, participants were divided into two conditions (core-tex manual exercises). Before after intervention, non-weight bearing weight-bearing motion dynamic balance test, Shark skill test conducted.RESULTS: An interaction found in left non-weight-bearing right posterolateral (PL) theY Balance Test. In addition, there significant differences between periods anklerange bilateral AN, posteromedial, PL, compositescore, test.CONCLUSIONS: Tibial is considered valuable as sports injury prevention training due its effectiveness for lowerextremities functionally structurally regardless type.
